1. Acceptance

By using more-salary.com (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

More Salary generates salary negotiation letter templates using AI (OpenAI). These letters are starting points and suggestions. They are not legal or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any letter before sending it.

3. Free and paid use

  • The free tier allows up to 1 letter generation per day.
  • Paid access unlocks all variants and unlimited generations for 1 hour.
  • Paid access is a one-time payment (no recurring subscription).
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details.

4. Billing and refunds

  • Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, refunds are not automatic after successful activation.
  • If you were charged incorrectly (for example duplicate charge or technical failure), contact us and we will review your case.
  • For billing support, email hello@more-salary.com with your payment date and Stripe receipt email.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent the rate limiting system
  • Resell or redistribute generated letters as a commercial service
  • Submit false, misleading, or offensive content through the form

6. Disclaimer

The letters generated are AI-assisted suggestions. We make no guarantee of salary outcomes. Results depend entirely on your individual situation, employer, and negotiation skills. More Salary is not liable for any employment-related consequences of using generated letters.

7. Intellectual property

You own the letters generated using your input. The More Salary platform, branding, and underlying code remain the property of More Salary.

8. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features without notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
